If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
two days after my birthday. I am a little soar, because as the good yogini I am, I did 108 Sun salutations!
Talk about purification. It is also a great way of keeping me in great shape and condition for my soon to come travel adventure! Well. 108 Sun salutations is just once a year, I am doing up to 20 every day, thats a more sane number.
My whole family was here and they cooked for me, yummy. Karin had made a Swedish Strawberry cake .
Thank-You so much for a wonderful Birthday. I celebrated myself with pedicure and pumpkin colored nail polish! and a just a heavily (though a little painful) massage.
I have so much to be thankful about and I want to mention new helpers who in different ways have made this journey easier. Through the travel site Wayn I came in contact with Anatolin who has written to the golf courses in Ushuaia and La Paz. Thank You Anatolin and Gary Tate who tailored my trip to best satisfaction, if you ever going to South America he is the guy to contact.
Where ever you are, dear reader thank you for sending me positive feed back and great energy
For now
Lots of greetings from
Anna-Lena

Yes.The tickets are in my hand, and the voucher for the different hotells is attached to the pile,Yippee.
I am leaving the 11th Of November from Los Angeles to Ushuaia, Argentina via Santiago, Chile. Sunday the 16th I am off to La Paz, Bolivia.
There where no good connecting flights so I am staying in Santiago for that night, which should be interesting! Next morning off to La Paz, Bolivia.
I have decided to travel with a back back and a carry on! As you know that is a challenge for me, since I am very fond of all different kind of clothing and shoes. The golf bag is staying home!!!!!!!!!!! I have gotten information that they have clubs for rent at the places, I trust that to be true. My track record not getting my golf bag when I am arriving to places made me decide not to take my babies.
I pictured myself (I know wrong visualization) Not getting my clubs at the destination and trying to communicate with people who do not speak English and me having a tee time the day after!!!! That looked funny in my picture, however I know I am not that evolved that I would not get stressed over that. Hence my decision! Golf clubs stay home. My laptop can come! Have to talk to YOU when I want.
More to come…….
For the love of Golf and Adventure

As Echard Tolle says, never wait, enjoy the moment take the opportunity to look around, practice or just be!
I am practicing and looking for departure for the next trip to Argentina and Bolivia. It will sure be a challenge, Anders my son is helping me out because very few people speak English where I am going, Skype is good, if you speak Spanish! Today I sent my info to a travel agent, in NEW ZEALAND, an expert in south American Travel.
I have faith and I surrender (it takes a lot to convince my mind!) I have also decided not to take my clubs with me. Too many stops, too many opportunities to loose them, with my history of not getting my luggage at the same time as I am arriving.
I am now also practicing what to pack, I will travel with a carry on bag, that’s all. I get tense just practicing! What if………. and how …..to cold…..not safe…don’t understand…etc…
I have taken on a commitment…This is how character continues to build, it is always the right time to practice and to look into the scary part of one self, the mind!!!!!!!!!
It is absolutely perfect weather here in Ventura around 75 F clear blue sky and a light breeze. Yesterday I went out golfing and yes I am also standing on my head here, have to keep it up or maybe down!
Talk soon,
